McDonald's Operators' Association of Southern California
Led the full production of a community-focused experiential event celebrating the Happy Meal, designed to create an immersive, family-friendly activation for the Southern California region. Oversaw creative development, messaging, bilingual materials, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics in partnership with the SoCal McDonald’s Owner/Operator group. Managed everything from artwork approvals and booth layouts to staffing needs, ensuring a seamless, interactive experience for hundreds of attendees.

MILLION WAYS TO LOVE STRAWBERRIES
California Strawberry Commission
Led the production of the California Strawberry Commission’s peak-season Million Ways to Love Strawberries campaign, culminating in an immersive Apotheberry Experience in Santa Monica. The event brought together celebrities, chefs, influencers, artists, and California strawberry farmers, including Christina Milian, celebrity chef Arnold Myint, mixologist Matthew Biancaniello, pastry creator Dani Flowers, wellness creator Mascha Davis, artists like Aspacia Kusulas, and talent such as Willie Macc, Jimmy Shin, Serah Henesey, Margo Graff, Eugenia Kuzmina, and Shaka Smith. Guests explored five multi-sensory demo stations (culinary, pastry, beauty, cocktails, and art) each led by a hero influencer or creative partner. I oversaw full project management including creative direction, bilingual messaging, influencer integration, PR outreach, staffing, music, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.

MAGIC OF MUSIC GALA 2025
Alzheimer's Association - Southern California Chapter
Contributed to the execution of the 2025 Magic of Music Gala at Vibiana in Los Angeles, featuring a tribute to director Nick Cassavetes, headline performances by David Foster and Katharine McPhee, and Emmy Award–winner Wayne Brady as emcee. Led the creative and digital arm of the event by designing all guest-facing collateral, including the official landing page, full event branding, graphics, sponsorship packet, print and digital invitations, email creative, and social media assets. On the day of the gala, assisted with event setup, staffed key areas, and captured live social coverage throughout the program. The evening spotlighted the transformative impact of music for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and supported the Association’s ongoing care, advocacy, and research initiatives.
