I create and manage UGC both as a content creator and on behalf of clients. From collaborating with influencers to editing raw footage, I optimize content with trending audio, on-screen text tailored to each platform, and subtle edits to ensure each piece feels authentic, on-trend, and aligned with overall social media strategy.

Instagram Stories

I design strategic, engaging Instagram Stories that support both brand presence and resident engagement. From evergreen story templates to timely campaigns like holidays, leasing promotions, and interactive polls or questions, I create content that encourages connection and consistent interaction.

E-Commerce Content & Listings

I have experience creating and updating product listings for e-commerce brands, including writing product copy, organizing storefronts, and coordinating product photography. I currently apply these skills through managing my own Etsy shop, where I handle listing creation, visuals, and ongoing updates, allowing me to stay hands-on with e-commerce best practices.
